We know this menorah will become their favorite and be used year after year! Each ABC block menorah is hand made using wood blocks that spell out the child’s name. Limit 10 letters. If the name is smaller than 10 letters, the artist will fill in with picture blocks. The candle holders on top are made of solid brass and can be unscrewed for easy cleaning. Each menorah is signed by the artist and Jewish year during which it was made on the bottom of the base. The artist will use a picture block of his choosing to embelish the top block. This gift is custom made to order and takes approximately 3 weeks to arrive. We are happy to send a special order notice to the recipient letting them know a custom gift is on the way. To best protect the hand painted finish, we always suggest using drip less candles (of which quality varies greatly and we cannot control) Using a small piece of foil to catch drips also helps keep the candles in place. If excess wax gets on the hand painted finish, it’s best to leave drips as they are. When using candles that are smaller than the candle cups, we found that melting the bottom of the candle with a match helps to stick the candle in the candle cup. Menorahs are solid wood and should not be submerged in water or placed in an oven. To clean excess wax, brass candle cups can be removed and cleaned. Never leave candles unattended. Burn within site. Keep away from other flammable objects.
